Responsibilities and Context:

  • Facebook Page ও Website থেকে আসা মেসেজ ও SMS-এর সময়মতো রিপ্লাই দেওয়া
  • কাস্টমারদের কাছ থেকে অর্ডার গ্রহণ করা এবং অর্ডার সংক্রান্ত তথ্য সঠিকভাবে নোট করা
  • কাস্টমারদের বিভিন্ন প্রশ্ন পেশাদারভাবে হ্যান্ডেল করা
  • পণ্যের বিস্তারিত তথ্য, দাম, বৈশিষ্ট্য, ব্যবহার পদ্ধতি ইত্যাদি কাস্টমারদের জানানো
  • অর্ডার কনফার্মেশন ও নিয়মিত ফলো-আপ করা
  • কাস্টমার সন্তুষ্টি নিশ্চিত করা এবং ভালো যোগাযোগ বজায় রাখা
  • প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী টিম লিড / ম্যানেজমেন্টকে রিপোর্ট প্রদান করা
