Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Respond to customer calls and messages promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Receive, confirm, and process online orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Follow up with existing and previous customers over phone calls and messages to maintain long-term relationships.
  • Record, analyze, and report customer feedback, queries, and complaints to management for service improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer service performance and key service metrics.
  • Assist with inventory coordination and order fulfillment as required.
  • Ensure compliance with office policies, discipline, and a professional working environment.
  • Perform roster duties, including shift adjustments or additional responsibilities when required by business needs.
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by the Department Manager from time to time.

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Diploma

Experience:

  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Boutique/ Fashion, Garments
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:  

  • Age 20 to 35 years
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bangla.
  • Basic computer proficiency and sound knowledge of social media platforms.
  • Ability to work responsibly, follow instructions, and adapt to roster-based duties when needed.
