Responsibilities and Context: 

We are looking for a smart, focused, and experienced Compliance Officer to ensure proper documentation and regulatory adherence for UK, Australia, and New Zealand student visa processing.

  • Prepare and review SOPs, CVs, and cover letters as per university and visa requirements.
  • Process student visa applications in compliance with UKVI, DHA, INZ and institutional guidelines.
  • Compile Pre-CAS and Pre-COE interview sheets and conduct credibility interview sessions.
  • Train students for UKVI and GS/credibility interviews.
  • Review and audit student files before submission to universities and embassies.
  • Ensure adherence to visa regulations, embassy guidelines, and internal compliance standards.
  • Maintain and update CRM and student documentation records.
  • Conduct university and course research and stay updated with admission and immigration rules.
  • Coordinate with partner universities, embassies, and internal teams.
  • Identify compliance risks and support management in policy updates and staff training.
  • Participate in education fairs, seminars, and student recruitment activities when required.

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor/Honors.

Experience

  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Immigration/Visa Processing

Additional Requirements

  • Age At least 21 years
  • At least 1 year of experience in student visa compliance and counselling process (UK, Australia, New Zealand, EU).
  • Strong English writing and communication skills.
  • Excellent SOP writing skills (Plagiarism & AI-free).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM system’s
  • Good  email writing and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • High ethical standards, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
