Responsibilities and Context:

• ফোনে সম্ভাব্য কাস্টমারদের (যেমন: বাড়ির মালিক, ইঞ্জিনিয়ার, ডেভেলপার) সাথে যোগাযোগ করা।
• কোম্পানির ওয়াটারপ্রুফিং সার্ভিস এবং কেমিক্যাল পণ্য সম্পর্কে গ্রাহকদের বিস্তারিত জানানো।
• কাস্টমারদের প্রশ্নের সঠিক উত্তর দেওয়া এবং তাদের সার্ভিস গ্রহণে আগ্রহী করা।
• সেলস টিমের জন্য মিটিং বা সাইট ভিজিটের অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্ট ঠিক করা।
• প্রতিদিনের কলের রিপোর্ট তৈরি করা এবং নিয়মিত ফলো-আপ রাখা।

Experience

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Chemical Industries, Engineering Firms, Manufacturing (FMCG)
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Age 18 to 25 years
• ফোনে কথা বলার সময় মার্জিত এবং শুদ্ধ বাচনভঙ্গি থাকতে হবে।
• কম্পিউটার এবং ইন্টারনেট ব্রাউজিং সম্পর্কে প্রাথমিক ধারণা থাকতে হবে।
• ধৈর্যের সাথে কাস্টমার হ্যান্ডেল করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
  

Compensation & Other Benefits:

• ডিউটি টাইম: সকাল ৮:০০টা থেকে বিকেল ৫:০০টা পর্যন্ত।
• সাপ্তাহিক কর্মদিবস: সপ্তাহে ৬ দিন।
• সাপ্তাহিক ছুটি ও শুক্রবারের নিয়ম: আমাদের ব্যবসা ও সার্ভিসের ধরণ অনুযায়ী শুক্রবার অফিস খোলা থাকে এবং শুক্রবার ডিউটি করা বাধ্যতামূলক। তবে, আপনি শুক্রবারের পরিবর্তে সপ্তাহের অন্য যেকোনো দিন (যেমন: শনি থেকে বৃহস্পতিবারের মধ্যে) আপনার সাপ্তাহিক ছুটি (Weekly Off) নিতে পারবেন।
