Responsibilities & Context:
- Make inbound calls to prospective students to provide accurate information about study abroad programs and services.
- Explain admission procedures, document requirements, and program options clearly and professionally.
- Encourage students to visit the office for detailed consultations and to open their student files.
- Follow up with leads to maintain engagement and support students throughout the application process.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the CRM or tracking system regularly.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve student recruitment targets and ensure a positive student experience.
