Responsibilities & Context:

  • Make inbound calls to prospective students to provide accurate information about study abroad programs and services.
  • Explain admission procedures, document requirements, and program options clearly and professionally.
  • Encourage students to visit the office for detailed consultations and to open their student files.
  • Follow up with leads to maintain engagement and support students throughout the application process.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the CRM or tracking system regularly.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve student recruitment targets and ensure a positive student experience.

Educational Requirements:  

  • Higher Secondary

Additional Requirements:

  • Age 20 to 30 years

Experience:

  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service
