Responsibilities & Context:
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Coordinate communication between clients and architects/design teams.
- Maintain client records, project updates, and documentation
- Schedule meetings and follow up on client requests.
- Address customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Support administrative tasks related to customer service.
