Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing ecommerce orders (handling customers, deliveries).
  • Responding to customer messages from Facebook ads, WhatsApp.
  • Maintaining digital asset like Facebook pages, websites, ecommerce.
  • Office assists such as file preparing, using excel/doc etc.
  • Sound in using computer (browser, web apps etc.)
  • Acts as a contact person for any special projects regarding dealership improvements.
  • Collaborates with departments like sales, marketing, and operations to streamline processes, improve
  • service delivery, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance customer care processes, implementing innovative solutions to
  • drive efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Any other tasks as assigned.

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor of Social Science (Pass)
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Masters

Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile.

Additional Requirements:

  • Age 20 to 30 years
