Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Make outbound tele sales calls to prospective and existing customers
  • Explain products/services clearly and handle customer objections
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Coordinate with the marketing and sales team to improve performance
