Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
- Handle inbound customer calls and provide clear information on products/services.
- Manage customer communication through social media platforms (Messenger, WhatsApp,etc.).
- Maintain detailed records of calls, messages, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Assist in order processing, delivery coordination, and post-sale customer follow-up.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to support ongoing campaigns.
- Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience at all times.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor/Honors
- Higher Secondary
- Diploma
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Age 18 to 28 years
- The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of tele sales or customer service experience and excellent communication skills.
