Development and Communication Practitioner with an academic background in Communication for Development (C4D) and hands-on experience supporting UN and INGO programs across Bangladesh. Experienced in program implementation, Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL), participatory research, and ethical data collection including KII, IDI, FGD, and GIS mapping at district and upazila levels.
Worked with leading development partners including World Health Organization, UN Women, Helen Keller International, World Bank, and Bangladesh Center for Communication Programs, contributing to projects focused on climate resilience, nutrition, gender equality, suicide prevention, and behavior change communication. Demonstrated ability to coordinate with government ministries, UN agencies, and local stakeholders to ensure quality implementation, compliance, and accurate reporting.
