Responsibilities & Context:

  • Make outbound calls to assigned leads or contact lists to conduct surveys.
  • Each survey call may last 15–20 minutes, so patience and strong communication skills are required.
  • Follow the provided communication scripts and company guidelines to maintain professionalism and consistency.
  • Achieve daily and monthly targets for call volume, call quality, and conversions.
  • Ensure a minimum of 10 successful calls per day after Quality Control (QC) approval.
  • Maintain punctuality and strictly follow the daily work schedule.
  • Follow company protocols regarding data handling, privacy, and confidentiality.
  • Report any issues, challenges, or irregularities to the supervisor or management promptly.

Educational Requirements:  

  • HSC
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Diploma

Experience:

  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:

  • Age 18 to 31 years
  • Only Female
  • Good communication skills in Bangla (basic English communication is a plus).
  • Basic computer and phone handling skills.
  • Ability to talk politely and maintain patience during calls.
  • Previous call center / survey / telemarketing experience will be an advantage.
