Archaic Architects Ltd. is looking for an efficient Site Architect in the Operations Department.

• Prepare Architectural Design, Plan, detailed working drawings, 3D visualization, site monitoring & supervision of architectural works as per the guidance of the project architect.
• Teamwork with consultants In-house Architects, Civil Engineers & maintain the coordination between the architectural and engineering teams.
• Should have the quality to work with a design team or any other work assigned by the management.
• Prepare detailed working drawings of the interior & exterior design of different types of buildings.
• Perform any other tasks, Periodic supervision, etc.

Educational Requirements:  

• Diploma in Architecture
• Diploma in Architecture/ Diploma in Engineering

Experience:  

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design

Additional Requirements:  

• Skills Required: 3D Modeling, Drawing, Sketching, Auto CAD Drawing, 3D modeling,
• Adobe Photoshop, Teamwork.
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication skills, both in Bengali and English
• Sufficient & adequate technical knowledge
• Visit Construction Sites and supervise.
• Attend Client Meetings.
