Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries via inbox, calls, and social media
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions promptly
  • Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Maintain customer records and follow-up regularly
  • Convert customer inquiries into sales and achieve sales targets
  • Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs

Education Requirements:

Experience:
