Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone to promote and sell our products and services.
  • Identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall sales goals of the team.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving queries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
