I am doing my internship at Sonali Bank Limited, one of the largest state-owned commercial banks in Bangladesh. This experience provided me with valuable exposure to the practical operations of the banking sector, particularly in the areas of general banking and foreign exchange. During my internship, I was assigned to different departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of banking activities. In the general banking division, I observed account opening procedures, cheque clearing processes, cash transactions, and customer service operations. I learned how banks maintain customer records, verify documents, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

● Recorded daily production amount, Order amount and return amount ● Implemented Macros function in Excel in determining batch wise daily production amount ● Find out requisition amount daily and made quarterly report. ● Make presentations on this report using Excel and power point. ● Learned & used cloud CRM software Zoho for daily business activities.
