Responsibilities & Context: 

  • To be displayed on the website, Social Media, and Email Marketing. Editing image, video content make for digital platform.
  • Creative planning and conducting direct digital marketing activities, including a good Graphics designing knowledge.
  • Communicate with customer by email, phone, in person and responsive with across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality performance.
  • Make Official Corresponding, Bill, Purchase Order, Quotation etc.
  • Submit daily work reports, on a regular basis.

Additional Requirements: 

  • Have a good knowledge on E-commerce Digital Marketing Strategy Must have Knowledge of Create Banners, Images, Promotions, etc.
  • Be proficient in digital marketing, including SEO/SMO including expertise on Social Media platforms marketing, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ad-Sense, Google Ad-Words and YouTube marketing.
  • Skills Required: Digital Marketing, SEO, Graphics Design, MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/ OneNote, video editing, Photo editing, image retouch, website maintaining.
  • Must have advanced knowledge on Graphics design
  • Must have advanced knowledge on Photoshop Must have advanced knowledge on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Must have advanced knowledge on Digital Marketing Excellent communication skill English & Bangla, Good leadership and People management skills
  • Experience in E-Commerce sales and a comprehensive understanding of the logistics systems.
