Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Executive – Marketing to join our sales and marketing team. The selected candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, posting promotional content on Facebook, and coordinating client visits to project sites. The role requires strong communication skills, basic social media knowledge, and a customer-friendly attitude to help promote our real estate projects and generate leads.
- Make outbound phone calls to prospective clients to promote real estate projects.
- Provide information about ongoing and upcoming projects and answer client queries over the phone.
- Post promotional content, project updates, and offers on the company’s Facebook page and other social media platforms.
- Follow up with interested clients to schedule property visits and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to arrange client visits to project sites
- Maintain a database of client contacts, call records, and follow-up actions.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
- Assist in responding to comments and messages on social media platforms.
- Collect feedback from clients and report to management for service improvement.
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all communications with clients.

Experience:
- 1 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
