Responsibilities :
- Receive and manage customer calls, messages, and online inquiries
- Provide accurate information about products, prices, sizes, and delivery process
- Confirm customer orders and maintain order records
- Solve customer complaints and provide proper support politely
- Coordinate with delivery and sales team for smooth order processing
- Follow up with customers regarding pending orders or issues
- Maintain customer satisfaction and professional communication
- Update customer information and daily reports regularly
- Support promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- 1 to 2 year
- Age 22 to 30 years
- Basic knowledge of Facebook page handling, Messenger, WhatsApp & eCommerce activities
- Must be smart, honest, responsible, and customer-friendly
- Computer and typing skills are preferred
- Previous experience in customer service/call center will get preference.
