Responsibilities :

  • Receive and manage customer calls, messages, and online inquiries
  • Provide accurate information about products, prices, sizes, and delivery process
  • Confirm customer orders and maintain order records
  • Solve customer complaints and provide proper support politely
  • Coordinate with delivery and sales team for smooth order processing
  • Follow up with customers regarding pending orders or issues
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and professional communication
  • Update customer information and daily reports regularly
  • Support promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities

Requirements:  

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • 1 to 2 year
  • Age 22 to 30 years
  • Basic knowledge of Facebook page handling, Messenger, WhatsApp & eCommerce activities
  • Must be smart, honest, responsible, and customer-friendly
  • Computer and typing skills are preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service/call center will get preference.
