Responsibilities : 

  • Conduct inline and end-line inspection in sewing and finishing sections.
  • Check garment workmanship, stitching quality, measurements, and appearance during production.
  • Identify sewing and finishing defects and report immediately to the concerned supervisor.
  • Ensure garments are produced according to buyer specifications, approved sample, and quality standards.
  • Monitor critical operations to reduce defects, alteration, rejection, and rework.
  • Inspect trimming, ironing, thread cleaning, spot cleaning, measurement, and finishing quality properly.
  • Ensure defective garments are segregated and corrective actions are taken promptly.
  • Maintain quality inspection reports and defect records accurately.
  • Follow AQL and factory quality procedures during inspection.
  • Coordinate with production and finishing teams to solve quality-related issues quickly.
  • Assist in achieving DHU target and shipment quality requirements.
  • Maintain discipline, safety, and compliance standards in the workplace.
  • Ensure all buyer quality standards are met.

Requirements:  

  • Hons / Masters in any discipline
  • 04 – 08 years of experience at Garments Factory
  • Must have Good Skills in Computers.
