Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Lead and manage the overall Finance & Accounts operations of the company.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements and management reports.
  • Ensure proper budgeting, forecasting, costing, and financial analysis.
  • Monitor cash flow, banking, LC, and treasury management activities.
  • Maintain compliance with VAT, Tax, Audit, RJSC, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Handle internal and external audits independently.
  • Develop and implement strong financial controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Analyze production costing, CM analysis, and operational financial performance.
  • Coordinate with commercial, merchandising, HR, and management teams for financial planning and operational support.
  • Ensure timely salary, vendor, utility, and other payments.
  • Lead ERP/accounting software operations and financial data management.
  • Provide strategic financial recommendations to top management.
  • Build and lead a high-performing Finance & Accounts team.

Educational Requirements:  

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
  • CA/CMA/ACCA (Fully or Partly Qualified) will get preference.

Experience:  

  • 5 to 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile

Additional Requirements:  

  • Age 25 to 40 years
  • Only Male
  • Strong knowledge of VAT, Tax, Audit, Banking, and Corporate Compliance.
  • Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
  • Sound knowledge of factory costing and financial planning.
  • Strong communication and reporting capability.
  • Proficiency in ERP/Accounting Software, MS Excel, and financial reporting systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively.
