Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray and D5 Render.
  • Diploma in Architecture or related discipline.
  • For Project Acquisition Executive (Field Work):
  • Identify potential clients and secure interior & construction projects.
  • Conduct direct market visits, networking and client meetings.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and convincing skills required.

Educational Requirements:  

  • Diploma in Architecture or related discipline.

Experience:  

  • 0–2 years of experience in interior & exterior design.
  • 1–2 years of experience in field marketing or client management preferred..

Additional Requirements:  

  • 1–2 years in field marketing
