Responsibilities & Context: 

iSmart Broadband খুলনা শহরের একটি সুপরিচিত ও বিশ্বস্ত Internet Service Provider (ISP)। আমাদের গ্রাহক সেবা আরও উন্নত করার লক্ষ্যে Client Home Support / Field Support কাজে দক্ষ ও দায়িত্বশীল জনবল নিয়োগ দেওয়া হবে।

  • গ্রাহকের বাসা/অফিসে গিয়ে WiFi Router configure করা
  • ONU, Router এবং basic internet connectivity troubleshooting করা
  • WiFi name/password change, signal issue, speed issue এবং coverage issue check করা
  • Customer premises-এ গিয়ে service issue identify করে support team-কে update দেওয়া
  • নতুন সংযোগের সময় Router/ONU setup-এ সহায়তা করা
  • গ্রাহকের সাথে ভদ্র, ধৈর্যশীল ও professional আচরণ বজায় রাখা
  • Daily assigned support task সময়মতো complete করা
  • প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী office support team এবং network team-এর সাথে coordination করা

Educational Requirements:  

  • HSC

Experience:

  • 1 to 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Event Management

Additional Requirements:  

  • Age 18 to 35 years
  • Router configuration সম্পর্কে basic ধারণা থাকতে হবে
  • Internet connection troubleshooting সম্পর্কে শেখার আগ্রহ থাকতে হবে
  • Customer handle করার ভালো communication skill থাকতে হবে
  • সময়নিষ্ঠ, ভদ্র, দায়িত্বশীল ও পরিশ্রমী হতে হবে
  • Field visit করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে
  • মোটরসাইকেল থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে
