Responsibilities & Context:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information courteously.
- Conduct tele sales and cold calls to achieve sales targets.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services
- Engage with interested leads through outbound calls, providing information and assistance to help them complete their service journey.
- Maintain call logs, follow-ups, and escalate unresolved issues.
