Responsibilities & Context: 

Asian Network is looking for dedicated, organized, and communicative Customer Service Executives to join our team in Tongi, Gazipur. If you are tech-savvy, customer-focused, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently, we would love to hear from you.

  • Manage incoming customer calls and inquiries via telephone, mobile, and WhatsApp.
  • Create, monitor, and assign support tickets to the relevant departments for timely issue resolution.
  • Perform accurate bill entry and maintain customer billing records.
  • Conduct billing-related calls and assist customers with payment and account-related queries.
  • Provide professional customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and service requests.
  • Coordinate with technical and administrative teams when necessary.

Educational Requirements:  

  • Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE).
  • B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) and/or MTCNA (MikroTik Certified Network Associate) certification will be given high preference.

Additional Requirements:  

  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office ).
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer service experience will be considered an advantage.

Location Requirement:  

  • Must be willing to work from the office located at BSCIC, Tongi, Gazipur.

 Additional Preferences:  

  • Salary: BDT 10,000–15,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications).
  • Yearly Salary Review: Performance-based salary increment.
