Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Oversee end-to-end sales operations of the company’s products and services within the assigned territory.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through effective management of existing customers and development of new business opportunities.
  • Ensure regular visits to Aftab dealers, competitor dealers, and farmers in accordance with the approved route plan.
  • Retain all existing dealers and ensure consistent delivery of proper service standards on a monthly basis.
  • Manage, control, monitor, and supervise the sales team to ensure optimal performance.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to maximize customer satisfaction through effective customer support and relationship management.
  • Organize and conduct dealer meetings, seminars, and farmer programs within the assigned area.
  • Provide technical support and product guidance to farmers, dealers, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify gap markets and recruit new agents, including those from competitor networks, to expand market coverage.
  • Maintain continuous communication with dealers, line managers, and subordinates to ensure clarity on company policies, promotions, and new offers.
  • Monitor and control credit sales, ensure timely collection, and ensure sales remain within approved credit limits.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, visit reports, collection reports, and other required documentation as per management guidelines.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Department Head from time to time.

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)

Experience:

  • 4 to 7 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Animal/Plant Breeding, Farming, Fisheries, Hatchery, Livestock, Poultry

Additional Requirements:  

  • Age 31 to 40 years
    Only Male
