Responsibilities & Context: 

About the Role:

  • Bezpoke is looking for a Chief Accountant to oversee day-to-day financial operations, reporting, compliance, and cost control. You’ll be responsible for managing cash flow, tax, vendor payments, and monthly P&L statements.

Job Objective:

  • To oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate accounting, budgeting, and reporting. The Chief Accountant plays a critical role in maintaining financial compliance, controlling costs, and enabling informed decision-making.
  • Supervise all financial transactions including income, expenses, purchases, and sales.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheets.
  • Monitor receivables, payables, vendor accounts, and client dues.
  • Manage payroll input, taxation, and compliance with local financial regulations.
  • Oversee inventory and asset accounting in coordination with Admin.- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
  • Develop cost control procedures and recommend financial improvements.

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor/Honors
    BBA/MBA in Accounting or CA/ACCA part-qualified·

Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Consulting Firms, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Furniture, Furniture Manufacturer, Importer, Interior Design, Real Estate, Trading or Export/Import, Wholesale

Additional Requirements:  

  • Age 25 to 40 years
  • Only Male
  • 3–5 years of experience in financial roles· Proficient in Tally, QuickBooks, or other accounting software·
  • Strong analytical and reporting ability· Must be familiar with VAT, TDS, and financial controls·
