Responsibilities & Context: 

Job Context: Suvastu Properties Ltd. is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible Executive/Senior Executive to support procurement, local purchasing, inventory control, and office administration activities. The incumbent will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing office stationery, administrative supplies, and project-related materials, maintaining inventory records, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring uninterrupted availability of required resources for smooth organizational operations.

  • Execute local purchase activities for office stationery, administrative supplies, and project-related materials as per approved requirements.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local vendors to ensure competitive pricing, quality products, and timely delivery.
  • Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), Comparative Statements (CSs), and Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Maintain adequate stock levels of office stationery and consumables and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory records of stationery, office supplies, and other consumable items.
  • Coordinate the distribution of office stationery and supplies to departments and maintain issuance records.
  • Maintain procurement documents, supplier records, purchase files, and inventory reports in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Prepare periodic purchase, inventory, and consumption reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure smooth procurement and supply operations.
  • Support cost optimization initiatives through effective vendor management and strategic sourcing.
  • Verify supplier invoices, delivery challans, and other supporting documents before processing payments.
  • Assist in logistics coordination and inventory management activities as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for other projects and assignments as directed by management.

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from a reputed university or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Candidates with a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Supply Chain Management will be given preference.

Experience:

  • At least 3 years
    The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate

Additional Requirements:  

  • Age 26 to 35 years
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • The candidate must have a valid motorcycle driving license and be able to ride a motorcycle.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation, forecasting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Must be punctual, proactive, and a non-smoker.
