Responsibilities & Context:
- Monitor and moderate social media platforms, online communities, and communication channels.
- Respond to comments, inbox messages, and client queries professionally and promptly.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Maintain a positive, respectful, and engaging online environment while communicating with customers in a persuasive and professional manner.
- Coordinate with the customer care and marketing teams to ensure accurate communication.
- Escalate sensitive issues or complaints to the relevant department.
- Maintain professionalism while handling multiple conversations and working under pressure.
Educational Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor completed.
Additional Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English.
- Strong written communication and typing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Smart, punctual, and responsible.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Prior experience as a moderator, customer support representative, or social media executive will be preferred.
