Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Lead and manage end-to-end factory operations including production, planning, quality, maintenance, compliance and supply chain coordination.
  • Ensure smooth daily operation of the factory to achieve production targets and delivery schedules.
  • Develop strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Ensure product quality meets buyer requirements and company standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce wastage and optimize operational cost.
  • Handle crisis management and implement corrective actions to minimize operational disruptions.

Requirements:  

  • Bachelors/Masters in any discipline. (IPE Engineers are highly preferred).
  • Age: At least 35 years.
  • Only Males are allowed to apply.
  • Strong knowledge on IE Driven manufacturing with advanced lean methodologies.

Compensation & Other Benefits:

  • Monthly BDT 100,000 to BDT 150,000.
