Responsibilities & Context: 

ডিমান্ড হাট একটি দ্রুত বর্ধনশীল ই-কমার্স প্রতিষ্ঠান। আমাদের কাস্টমার সার্ভিস টিমের জন্য পার্ট-টাইম / ফুলটাইম ভিত্তিতে দক্ষ, ভদ্র, দায়িত্বশীল এবং যোগাযোগে পারদর্শী কিছু সংখ্যক কাস্টমার কেয়ার প্রতিনিধি নিয়োগ করা হবে।

  • ​ফোন, মেসেজ ও অনলাইন মাধ্যমের সাহায্যে কাস্টমারদের অর্ডার গ্রহণ করা।
  • ​কাস্টমারের বিভিন্ন প্রশ্নের সঠিক ও সন্তোষজনক উত্তর প্রদান করা।
  • ​নির্ভুলভাবে অর্ডার কনফার্ম করা এবং প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য সংগ্রহ করা।
  • ​কাস্টমারের যেকোনো সমস্যা মনোযোগ দিয়ে শুনে দ্রুত সমাধানের উদ্যোগ নেওয়া।
  • ​ডেলিভারি ও অর্ডার সংক্রান্ত সার্বিক তথ্য আপডেট রাখা।
  • ​কাস্টমারের সাথে সবসময় ভদ্র ও পেশাদার আচরণ বজায় রাখা।

Educational Requirements:  

  • HSC

Experience:

  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center, E-commerce, E-commerce Startup, F-commerce

Additional Requirements:  

  • Age At least 18 years
