Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Make outbound calls to assigned leads and promote Yakeen Travels` visa and travel services.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable visa solutions.
  • Convert prospective leads into confirmed visa sales through effective communication and persuasion.
  • Follow up with interested leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other approved channels.
  • Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and sales.
  • Respond to customer inquiries through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
  • Assist with basic social media activities and achieve assigned sales and calling targets.

Educational Requirements:  

  • Higher Secondary

  • Bachelor/Honors

Experience:  

  • At most 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Call Center, Delivery Services Startup, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Immigration/Visa Processing, Manpower Recruitment, Overseas Companies, Real Estate, Restaurant, Travel Agency
