Responsibilities & Context:
New Zealand, the UK, Australia, Canada, Malaysia and South Korea
- Counsel students and guardians over the phone and in person regarding admission procedures and study opportunities in New Zealand, the UK, Australia, Canada, Malaysia and South Korea countries.
- Assess students’ academic backgrounds, language proficiency, financial capacity and career goals to recommend suitable countries, universities and programmes.
- Provide accurate information about admission requirements, available courses, scholarships, tuition fees, application deadlines and student visa procedures.
- Contact prospective students and follow up with leads regularly to provide proper guidance and improve enrolment conversion.
- Create and manage client profiles, maintain visitor and lead databases, and keep all follow-up records updated.
- Build strong professional relationships with students and guardians through telephone, online and face-to-face communication.
- Organize and host seminars, counselling sessions and information events to promote study-abroad services.
- Assist students in preparing required documents, completing application forms and maintaining organized physical and digital records.
- Receive and respond to emails and coordinate with students, guardians, universities and relevant internal departments.
- Support marketing and promotional activities through social media, online campaigns, seminars and newspaper advertisements.
- Stay updated on university admission requirements, scholarships, intakes, deadlines and visa policies for all assigned destinations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of clients’ personal, academic and financial information.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor/Honors
Experience:
- 1 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Immigration/Visa Processing
