Responsibilities & Context: 

Nazrul City is a premier and rapidly growing real estate company engaged in land acquisition, land development, residential plot sales, and modern flat projects. We are looking for 10 energetic, confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented female professionals for the position of Executive / Senior Executive – Land & Flat Sales to strengthen our sales team and contribute directly to the growth of our business.

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Generate new sales leads through personal networking, referrals, social media platforms, direct outreach, and field activities.
  • Client Engagement & Meetings: Approach potential buyers and investors for Nazrul City’s land and flat projects. Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings.
  • Project Presentation & Site Visits: Present comprehensive project details, prime location advantages, layout plans, pricing, payment schedules, and investment value to prospective clients. Arrange and conduct site visits to Nazrul City projects.
  • Needs Analysis & Negotiation: Understand client preferences, recommend suitable land plots or flat units, negotiate effectively, and convert potential prospects into completed sales.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining a well-organized sales pipeline.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term, professional relationships with clients, corporate buyers, and investors for repeat business and referrals.
  • Cross-Departmental Coordination: Coordinate closely with Accounts, Legal, and Customer Service departments for smooth completion of booking formalities, documentation, and payment installment schedules.
  • Sales Records & Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of leads, customer interactions, follow-up progress, and sales conversions. Prepare and submit performance reports to the Sales Manager regularly.
  • Marketing & Fairs: Actively participate in promotional campaigns, sales events, property fairs, and marketing drives to represent Nazrul City.

  • Bachelor/Honors

Experience:

  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
