As part of our nationwide expansion, we are strengthening our dealer and retail network to make reliable water-purification solutions more accessible to customers across the country.

Job Context

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Assistant Manager – Dealer Sales (Male/Female) to develop and manage Torayvino Bangladesh’s dealer and retail network.

The selected candidate will be responsible for dealer acquisition, channel sales growth, collection follow-up, territory development and dealer performance management. The position reports to the Head of Sales & Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Target Achievement: Accomplish monthly, quarterly and annual dealer-sales and collection targets.
• Dealer Network Development: Identify, evaluate, appoint and onboard suitable dealers in existing and potential territories.
• Dealer Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication and field visits to strengthen long-term business relationships.
• Dealer Performance Improvement: Review sales performance and develop action plans for inactive or underperforming dealers.
• Market Expansion: Identify new territories and implement practical plans to increase product availability and market coverage.
• Order and Collection Coordination: Follow up on orders, payments, stock availability and delivery schedules with the relevant internal teams.
• Trade Marketing Execution: Coordinate dealer offers, retail activations, product displays and local promotional activities.
• Product and Sales Support: Provide dealers and their salespeople with necessary product knowledge and selling guidance.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing, promotional offers, dealer feedback and channel-related developments.
• Issue Resolution: Address dealer complaints, product-related concerns and operational issues in coordination with management.
• Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain an updated dealer database and submit sales forecasts, collection updates and periodic performance reports.

Educational Requirements:  

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  
• Diploma in Business Studies
  
• Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a relevant discipline.
  
• Professional sales training will be considered an advantage.

Experience:

• 2 to 5 years
  
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Manufacturing (FMCG), Mineral Water, Sanitary ware, Wholesale

Additional Requirements:  

• Age 20 to 35 years
  
• Only Male
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in dealer, distributor, retail or channel sales.
  Experience in consumer durables, electronics, home appliances, water purifiers, sanitary products, FMCG or other distribution-driven industries will be preferred..
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-management abilities.
  
• Capable of working under targets and travelling regularly to assigned markets.
  
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and CRM or sales-reporting tools.
  
• Good presentation skills in Bangla and English.
  
• A valid motorcycle driving licence and willingness to use a motorcycle for market visits will be an advantage.
