Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Communicate with patients and their attendants regarding treatment options and services.
  • Counsel and guide prospective patients throughout the treatment decision process.
  • Conduct telemarketing and follow-up activities with inquiries and leads.
  • Collect, organize, and manage patient medical reports.
  • Coordinate with partner hospitals, doctors, and healthcare providers regarding appointments, treatment plans, and cost estimates.
  • Maintain strong relationships with patients, attendants, hospitals, and business partners.
  • Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and service-related issues professionally.
  • Assist patients with appointment scheduling, medical visa, and treatment coordination.
  • Represent the company at medical seminars, health fairs, and promotional events.
  • Maintain patient records and prepare regular activity reports.
  • Achieve assigned targets and ensure high patient satisfaction.
  • Perform other customer relationship and medical tourism-related responsibilities as assigned by management.

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc)
  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
  • Diploma in Nursing
  • Diploma in Medical
