Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Monitor and manage the day-to-day activities of the telesales team.
  • Monitor sales performance, call activities, customer follow-ups, and conversion rates.
  • Communicate directly with customers when necessary to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Prepare and review sales performance reports and provide regular updates to management.
  • Recruit new telesales manpower, conduct initial interviews, and build a strong sales team.
  • Train and guide new team members on sales processes, communication, and company policies.
  • Monitor team attendance, call quality, work performance, and productivity.
  • Identify reasons for low sales performance and take appropriate corrective actions.
  • Motivate the telesales team and provide regular feedback to improve individual and team performance.
  • Ensure proper follow-up with potential customers and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure smooth sales operation

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor/Honors

Experience:  

  • 2 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center, Telecommunication, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Additional Requirements:  

  • Age 25 to 30 years
  • Only Male
