Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Enter patient registration, admission, discharge, and billing details into the hospital management system (HMS) accurately and quickly.
  • Verify patient information against source documents and correct any errors.
  • Maintain digital and physical archives of medical reports, prescriptions, and lab records.
  • Handle confidential patient information securely according to hospital data privacy policies.
  • Assist the front desk or billing department with basic administrative tasks when required.

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Minimum Bachelor`s degree or Honors in any discipline from a recognized university (HSC candidates with exceptional typing speed may also apply).

Experience:

  • At most 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Diagnostic Centre

Additional Requirements:  

  • Age At most 30 years
  • 0 to 1 year of relevant experience in data entry or hospital administration. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Additional Requirements
  • Excellent typing speed in both English and Bangla with high accuracy.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel) and database software.
  • Strong communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced medical environment.
