Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp ও ফোন কলে গ্রাহকের মেসেজ ও কলের দ্রুত, ভদ্র ও প্রফেশনালভাবে উত্তর দেওয়া।
  • গ্রাহকের প্রয়োজন ও বাজেট বুঝে সঠিক পণ্য ও অফার সম্পর্কে পরামর্শ দেওয়া এবং সফলভাবে সেলস কনফার্ম করা।
  • গ্রাহকের নাম, মোবাইল নম্বর, ঠিকানা ও অর্ডার ডিটেইলস সঠিকভাবে সংগ্রহ ও প্রসেস করা।
  • সম্ভাব্য (Potential) ও পুরোনো কাস্টমারদের নিয়মিত Follow-up করা এবং প্রাসঙ্গিক অফার/নতুন পণ্য সম্পর্কে জানানো।
  • Delivery Team-এর সঙ্গে সমন্বয় করে সময়মতো অর্ডার প্রসেস, পার্সেল পাঠানো ও Delivery Tracking নিশ্চিত করা।
  • পণ্য ডেলিভারির পর কাস্টমারের Feedback নেওয়া এবং Return, Exchange বা অন্যান্য সমস্যার সমাধানে প্রয়োজনীয় সহযোগিতা করা।
  • প্রতিষ্ঠানের নির্ধারিত দৈনিক ও মাসিক Sales Target অর্জনে কাজ করা।
  • দৈনিক ও সাপ্তাহিক Order, Sales ও Follow-up Report সঠিকভাবে আপডেট রাখা।

Educational Requirements:  

  • Higher Secondary
  • Bachelor/Honors

Experience:  

  • 1 to 3 years
