Responsibilities & Context: 

The Senior Executive – Legal & Corporate Affairs will serve as the principal in-house legal authority, responsible for managing litigation, internal legal procedures, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.

  • Act as the primary legal advisor to Senior Management and provide opinions on strategic, commercial, and operational matters.
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and vet contracts including distributor agreements, dealer agreements, franchise/showroom agreements, supplier contracts, import agreements, NDAs, and service contracts.
  • Independently handle civil, criminal, labor, and commercial litigation involving the company.
  • Appear before Courts, Tribunals, and Quasi-Judicial Authorities.
  • Prepare pleadings, legal notices, replies, affidavits, and case strategies.
  • Coordinate and supervise external counsels where specialized representation is required.
  • Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, Articles of Association, and internal governance policies.
  • Support Board and Committee meetings, including agenda preparation, resolutions, minutes, and statutory filings.
  • Manage licenses, registrations, renewals, and inspections relevant to manufacturing units, warehouses, and luxury retail showrooms.

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor of Law (LLB) in Law
  • Master of Law (LLM) in Law

Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Law Firm, Retail Store, Sanitary ware

Additional Requirements:  

  • Age 30 to 45 years
  • Only Male
