Responsibilities & Context: 

  • সম্ভাব্য গ্রাহকদের কাছে প্রতিষ্ঠানের প্রজেক্ট ও প্রপার্টির বৈশিষ্ট্য, সুযোগ-সুবিধা ও মূল্য প্রস্তাবনা কার্যকরভাবে উপস্থাপন করা।
  • নতুন Lead সংগ্রহ, নিয়মিত Follow-up এবং সম্ভাব্য গ্রাহককে বিক্রয়ের পর্যায়ে নিয়ে আসা।
  • গ্রাহকের চাহিদা ও বিনিয়োগের উদ্দেশ্য বিবেচনায় উপযুক্ত প্রজেক্ট ও প্রপার্টি সম্পর্কে পরামর্শ প্রদান করা।
  • গ্রাহকের সঙ্গে সুসম্পর্ক বজায় রেখে দীর্ঘমেয়াদি ও আস্থাভিত্তিক ব্যবসায়িক সম্পর্ক গড়ে তোলা।
  • Client Meeting, Presentation ও Site Visit পরিচালনার মাধ্যমে Sales Process এগিয়ে নেওয়া।
  • গ্রাহকের প্রশ্ন ও আপত্তি দক্ষতার সঙ্গে মোকাবিলা করে Negotiation ও Deal Closing-এ কার্যকর ভূমিকা রাখা।
  • নির্ধারিত Sales Target অর্জনের পাশাপাশি নতুন ব্যবসায়িক সুযোগ চিহ্নিত ও বিকশিত করা।
  • গ্রাহক ও অভ্যন্তরীণ টিমের মধ্যে কার্যকর সমন্বয় নিশ্চিত করে পেশাদার Customer Experience বজায় রাখা।

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor/Honors

Experience:  

  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Additional Requirements:  

  • Age 24 to 40 years
