Responsibilities & Context: 

We are looking for dedicated, enthusiastic, and responsible Assistant Teachers for the subjects of Bangla, English, Mathematics, and Science. The selected candidates will be responsible for effective classroom teaching, student development, assessment, and supporting the institution’s academic activities.

  • Conduct regular classes in English, Bangla, Mathematics, or Science according to the prescribed curriculum.
  • Explain lessons clearly and use appropriate teaching methods according to students’ learning needs.
  • Monitor students’ academic performance, attendance, discipline, and overall development.
  • Conduct class tests, assessments, assignments, and examinations.
  • Maintain a positive, safe, and supportive classroom environment.
  • Communicate professionally with parents/guardians regarding students’ academic progress when required.
  • Participate in co-curricular activities, teacher meetings, training sessions, and institutional programs.
  • Perform other academic duties assigned by the authority.

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university.
  • Candidates with a degree in English, Mathematics, Bangla, Science, Education, or a relevant discipline are encouraged to apply

Experience:  

  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup, School
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:  

  • Age 24 to 35 years
  • 1–3 years of relevant teaching experience is preferred.
  • Freshers with strong academic backgrounds and good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
