We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and visionary Principal to lead our academic and administrative operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring academic excellence, effective administration, staff development, student discipline, and the overall growth of the institution.

• Provide strategic leadership for the institution’s academic and administrative activities.
• Develop and implement academic plans, policies, and institutional development programs.
• Supervise, guide, and evaluate teachers and academic staff.
• Ensure effective implementation of the prescribed curriculum and academic standards.
• Monitor students’ academic performance, discipline, attendance, and overall development.
• Plan and oversee examinations, assessments, academic calendars, and co-curricular activities.
• Maintain effective communication with students, parents/guardians, teachers, staff, and management.
• Ensure a disciplined, safe, inclusive, and student-friendly learning environment.
• Organize teacher training, professional development, and performance evaluation activities.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies, procedures, and applicable educational requirements.
• Take necessary initiatives to improve teaching quality and overall institutional performance.
• Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements:  

• Master’s degree in Education or a relevant subject from a recognized university.

Experience:  

• At  least 8 years
  
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): School.

Additional Requirements:  

• Age 32 to 45 years
• Only Male
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant teaching and academic administration experience.
• Previous experience in a leadership/Principal/Head of Institution position will be preferred.
• Strong experience in academic planning, teacher management, and institutional administration is desirable.
