Responsibilities & Context: 

A renowned and well-established electrical substation equipment manufacturing company, Bachar Engineering Limited is inviting applications for the following positions with attractive salary packages.

  • Plan, design and implement electrical systems and ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Prepare project reports, estimates, drawings and technical documents as per company standards.
  • Supervise and guide the work of engineers, designers and technical staff and ensure quality of work.
  •  sure timely completion of projects,  prepare progress reports and take will be given preference. necessary measures to resolve problems. 
  • Maintain coordination with clients, contractors and related organizations and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain safety, quality, and  compliance with government and  company policies and regulations.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Educational Requirements:  

  • B.Sc. in EEE/M.Sc. in EEE,
  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering/ B.Sc. in EEE,
  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering/B.Sc. in EEE,

Experience:

  • 1 to 8 years

Additional Requirements:  

  • Applicants must have the mindset and ability to achieve the company’s assigned sales targets.
  • Must be willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chattogram, Khulna, Sylhet, etc., as required by the company.
  • Must be willing to regularly travel and work at project sites, industrial establishments, power offices and other relevant locations as required.
  • Must have the mindset to develop new customers, maintain good relationships with existing customers and create new business opportunities.
  • Must have basic and practical knowledge of electrical substations, transformers, HT/LT panels and related electrical equipment.
  • Candidates must be responsible, hardworking, punctual, honest, adaptable and result-oriented.
  • Must be willing and able to regularly visit government/private organizations at different locations across the country as required by the company
