Responsibilities & Context:
This job incorporates Corporate Client dealings and analyzing their business in depth.
- To achieve the business budget.
- To develop account strategy in consultation with the Head of Business.
- Provide smart financial services and solutions, ensuring the Bank’s interest.
- Grow the customer base through marketing and business development efforts, including cross-selling to the existing customer base.
- Ensure that credit quality is maintained and customer reviews are completed in a timely manner.
- To raise early warning reports as per policy.
- To monitor, supervise, and make frequent visits to the customers/project as and when required.
- To observe the macro-economic condition, sectoral performance and outlook.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the customer’s business through regular customer visits and industry research.
- Ensure facility risk grades are accurate, and are changed in a timely manner as soon as adverse information is known.
- Seek assistance from CRM at the earliest if adverse trends in a customer’s financial/business position are noted.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and external regulatory requirements, and that all internal and external audit recommendations are implemented.
- Train and develop the ARMs/ROs to be assigned in the portfolio.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor/Honors
- Successful completion of the required JAIBB/AIBB examination, as applicable, is mandatory for consideration of the next job grade, in line with Bangladesh Bank requirements.
Experience:
- 6 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks
Additional Requirements:
- Age 38 to 45 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply.
- Candidates working in a centralized bank will be preferred.
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
- Requirements may be relaxed for relevant and experienced candidates
