Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Conduct English language training sessions for students/employees with a focus on speaking, writing, listening, and reading skills.
  • Develop effective lesson plans and training materials based on learners’ needs.
  • Improve learners’ English communication skills, pronunciation, vocabulary, and fluency.
  • Teach English grammar, sentence structure, and practical usage.
  • Evaluate learners’ progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback.
  • Create an engaging and interactive learning environment.
  • Provide guidance for improving candidates’ overall English proficiency.

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation) in English, Education, or any relevant discipline.
  • Candidates with strong English proficiency and relevant training experience will get preference.
  • IELTS score minimum 8.0 will be highly preferred.

Experience:  

  • Freshers with excellent English skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in English language training will be preferred.

Additional Requirements:  

  • Age At least 25 years
  • Only Male
  • Excellent command of English speaking, writing, reading, and listening skills.
  • Strong knowledge of English grammar, vocabulary, and language teaching techniques.
  • Good presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and engage learners effectively.
  • Previous experience as an English Trainer/IELTS Instructor will be an advantage.
