Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities, university selection and admission procedures.
  • Understand students’ academic background, career goals and financial preferences and suggest suitable study destinations and programs.
  • Provide accurate information regarding university requirements, tuition fees, scholarships and admission processes.
  • Guide students through the complete student visa application process and required documentation.
  • Follow up with students regarding applications, offers, payments, medicals, visa processing and other necessary procedures.
  • Communicate with students and their guardians professionally and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Coordinate with the admission and visa processing teams to ensure smooth application processing.
  • Maintain regular updates of student applications and follow up on pending documents.
  • Handle student inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, Facebook and in-office consultations.
  • Achieve monthly admission/visa targets as assigned by management.
  • Maintain proper records of student information and application status.

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Master’s
