Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns.
  • Develop strategies to increase website purchases and showroom visits.
  • Monitor advertising budgets and improve return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Test ad creatives, copy, audiences, and campaign strategies.
  • Track sales performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports.

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor/Honors

Experience:

  • 2 to 6 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce

Additional Requirements:  

  • Age 22 to 35 years
  • Only MaleMeta Ads Expert: Facebook and Instagram Ads campaign setup, audience targeting, retargeting, Pixel, Conversions API, and sales optimization.
  • Google Ads Expert: Search Ads, Display Ads, YouTube Ads, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
  • TikTok Ads Expert: TikTok advertising, audience targeting, creative testing, and conversion campaigns.
  • Other Social Media Ads Expert: Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat Ads, Pinterest Ads, or other relevant advertising platforms.
  • Performance Marketing: Ability to increase online sales, generate qualified leads, and reduce cost per purchase.
  • Tracking & Analytics: Experience with Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
  • E-commerce Marketing: Experience in fashion, clothing, or online retail businesses will be preferred.
  • Reporting: Ability to analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports.
