Creation Plus is a technology-driven software company. We are looking for a creative, result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to plan and execute digital campaigns, strengthen our online brand presence, and generate quality leads for the business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and grow the company’s Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
  • Run, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for better ROI.
  • Perform SEO, keyword research, and competitor analysis to improve organic reach.
  • Create engaging digital content, including posts, ad copy, and basic visuals.
  • Generate leads and improve the company’s online brand visibility.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.

Education:

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Marketing/Business preferred).
  • Certification or training in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience:

  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Artificial Intelligence (AI) Startup, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup, IT Enabled Service, Software Company

Additional Requirements:

  • Age At least 18 years
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Good knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Strong communication and content-writing skills in English and Bangla.
  • Creative mindset with analytical thinking.
  • Working knowledge of Canva and Google Analytics will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
