Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Counsel students regarding higher education opportunities in European countries.
  • Provide accurate information about universities, courses, tuition fees, scholarships, and admission requirements.
  • Guide students through the complete admission process, from initial counseling to enrollment.
  • Assist students with application preparation, document verification, and visa documentation.
  • Maintain effective communication with universities, recruitment partners, and students.
  • Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into successful admissions.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly admission and recruitment targets.
  • Maintain accurate student records, application updates, and counseling reports.
  • Support and guide junior counselors to improve team performance.
  • Stay updated on European university admission policies and student visa requirements.

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)
  • Bachelor of Social Science (BSS)

Experience:  

  • 2 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration and Education Consultancy Service
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:  

  • Age 22 to 40 years
  • Strong knowledge of European study destinations, such as Hungary, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Romania, Malta, Cyprus, Germany, France, Italy, and other European countries.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong student counseling, follow-up, and client relationship management skills.
  • Good knowledge of admission documentation and visa application procedures.Ability to work under pressure and achieve admission targets.
  • Strong organizational skills and a professional attitude.
  • Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
