Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct interactive Spoken English, Phonics, and Phonetics classes.
  • Develop students’ pronunciation, fluency, vocabulary, communication skills, and phonetic awareness.
  • Prepare effective lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, and assessments.
  • Monitor students’ learning progress and provide regular feedback.
  • Help students overcome their fear of speaking English and build confidence in communication.
  • Create a positive, enjoyable, and engaging learning environment for young learners.
  • Support students through individual guidance and speaking practice.

Workplace: RDM International School, Sonadanga, Khulna

Educational Requirements:  

  • Higher Secondary
  • Bachelor/Honors.

Experience:  

  • 1 to 2 years
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:  

  • Only Female
  • Strong knowledge of English Phonetics, and Pronunciation.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to conduct engaging online and offline classes.
  • IELTS/Spoken English teaching experience will be an added advantage.
